The fast card number is 14 digits long and begins with 427
The ACE ID number is 7 digits long or begins with 000
If the fast card or ace id submitted is incorrect:
- Change the fast card or ACE ID.
- Save the manifest.
- Resubmit as ADD.
If the fast card or ace id is correct:
- Create paxlst submission.
