ACI Air 015 – What should be done in the case of a freight forwarder receiving an air consolidation with multiple or one HAWB under a MAWB consigned to the freight forwarder in Canada for in-bond movement to another airline for departure from Canada?

If the Master Airway Bill (MAWB) is destined for a Canadian airport and there are one or more house bills, the filing of an eHBL is required. In this case, the eHBLs destined outside of Canada should have an “In Transit” eHBL Movement Type and will be acquitted by the outbound MAWB. The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) should manually acquit the 8000 CCNs with the outbound MAWB.
