Starting from January 4th, 2021, it is compulsory to send the eHBL and Close Message data sets at least 24 hours prior to loading the vessel at the last port of departure before Canada. These data sets can be filed up to 90 days prior to loading. Between January 4th and June 4th, 2021, non-compliance notices and zero-rated AMPs may be issued. After June 4th, 2021, penalties will be issued for AMPs if the secondary is not filed within the stipulated timeframes.
