ACI Ocean 23 – What are the reasons why the Supplementary Match is not showing?
There are 4 possible reasons:
  1. Carrier may have not filed yet there ACI Ocean (A6A) report
  2. The Original CCN you might have filed did not match with the Carriers MBL filing (A6A report)
  3. The Carrier may have not reported that they have a supplementary report in their ACI Ocean filing (A6A)
  4. Incorrect Container information
