When brokers/importers commercially import a vehicle using the SWI IID (SO911) there is no Vehicle Import Form – Form 1 submitted. This form was dematerialized when the SWI IID was created and as such the CBSA cannot issue a Form-1 for these transactions. If you are experiencing an issue with your provincial licensing office they should have that office contact the RIV as below:
