Yes. Flying trucks are currently exempt from transmitting eManifest cargo information, which means that the Warehouse Operator will receive a “ERC 01- no CCN on file” message. However, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) considers this exemption to fulfill the obligation to transmit the Warehouse Arrival Certification Message (WACM) for the arrival of goods at the warehouse.
