The freight forwarder will consolidate goods from multiple shippers and arrange for a carrier to transport these goods into Canada.
Freight forwarders can have a consolidation consisting of a single house bill (back-to-back).
House bills are presented in all modes, but most cargo consolidations occur in the air and marine modes.
