If the cargo is in Accepted Status in a Trip:
STEP 1: From ACI HWY Menu > Complete Manifest. Search for your Trip and click into it.
STEP 2: Go to Section 4-Complete Manifest and Send Trip As: Modify
- Go to Section 5-Cargo Summary and Send Cargo As: Delete and click Sent to Customs button.
STEP 3: Once the cargo comes back in CL status (Cancellation Accepted), make the necessary changes, click SAVE.
STEP 4: Once done with the changes, send Trip as Modify, send Cargo as Add and click Send to Customs button.
If the cargo is in Draft status:
- Simply make the necessary changes, save, and send the trip to customs
