ACI Highway 012 - How do I change the Driver / Crew / Passenger details on my ACI eManifest?

If a manifest has already been Accepted, but changes are required, follow the steps below to successfully change the required details.

Changing the Driver/Crew/Passenger

STEP 1: If updating an existing crew member’s details, click Edit.

STEP 2: Make the necessary change (e.g. last name change) and then click Update Person button.

STEP 3: To change the driver on the manifest, click Remove and proceed to add the new crew member’s information.

Click Add Person button when complete.

Click Save to complete the data change.

STEP 4: Send trip and cargo as MODIFY.
