If the fields relevant to the “Notify Party” contain the concrete name, address, and telephone number appropriately, the “Consignee” field may accept the description “to order.” In such cases, the filer needs to enter the country code, which should be the same as that of the Notify Party, in the “Consignee Country Code” field, in addition to entering “to order” in the “Consignee Name” and “Consignee Address” fields. If the previously filed cargo information is still valid, it is not necessary to delete it. However, new cargo information needs to be filed again through the AMR or the AHR by the deadline of filing at the port of transshipment.
