Go to and select the Parties Module. From here you can select “Add a New Shipping Party” or choose from an existing one. Confirm the CBP Submit Action code is set to “Add” from the drop down menu. Be sure all fields are completed in the Physical Address Section, Name/Street/City/State, Province/Zip, Postal Code/Country (Use Valid State and Province Codes).
Importer Type must be selected and well as the Identity Number and appropriate Identity Qualifier. Once required information has been added select Submit to CBP. You will receive a real time CBP response within seconds.
