ACI eHBL 184 – What does the rejection “V72: Client Supplied Request ID-Cannot cancel, cargo has arrived” mean?

The rejection “V72: Client Supplied Request ID-Cannot cancel, cargo has arrived” means that there is a post-arrival cancellation or change made on a house bill that is already tagged as either Reported or Arrived. If changes will be made on non-key data elements, the house bill can still be resent as Post-Arrival Amendment with the applicable Amendment code or Amendment Code 60 if not specified. If changes are on key data elements like HBL CCN, the Previous CCN must be done by completing Form BSF673 to be submitted to CBSA.
