Yes, Entry Type 86 can be filed at any commercial port of entry. It is a new entry type implemented by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to allow entry of Section 321 low-valued shipments. This entry type allows importers to file a simplified entry for low-valued shipments, which are defined as shipments valued at $800 or less and containing no prohibited or restricted merchandise.
