ACE Highway 31 – What does it mean when I receive rejection “Invalid Filer Code”?

Filer code used in the broker’s download is invalid.

Resolution:

  1. Check the filer code used in the broker’s download.
  2. If broker filer code is incorrect, change it with the correct filer code.
  3. Save the shipment.
  4. Save the manifest.
  5. Resubmit as ADD.


NOTE: The following broker does not require broker’s download:

  1. Wilson.
  2. ITS.
  3. Russel Farrow.
