Previous CCN must be consolidated’ means that the master freight forwarder did not declare their house bill as consolidated. To resolve this issue, the client must coordinate with the master freight forwarder and request that the Consolidated Indicator be marked as “Yes” and resubmitted to the CBSA. Once the changes have been accepted, the client may then resend the Close Message as original.
