The Deconsolidation Notice is generated when the warehouse operator submits the Warehouse Arrival Certification Message (WACM) to the CBSA once the shipment arrives at the warehouse. If you haven’t received the Deconsolidation Notice, it may be helpful to reach out to the warehouse operator to inquire about the status of the WACM submission.
