Will ACI information no longer be required to be filed after this date? Air carriers must continue to file their ACI conveyance and cargo data. Freight forwarders or their agents must file the eHBL secondary data set on an 8000 Cargo Control Number within the air timelines. If the eHBL data set is not filed within these timelines between January 4, 2021 and June 4, 2021, CBSA will issue a zero-rated AMPS Notice of Penalty Assessment (NPA), and after June 4, 2021, there will be a real dollar amount on the AMPS NPA issued.
