For D4 Notices, “Not Matched” and “Matched” apply to releases (e.g., PARS, IID), House Bill Close Message, consolidated cargo, and legacy air and marine EDI cargo records. “Cargo Complete” replaces “Not Matched” for non-consolidated cargo, and “Document Package Complete” replaces “Matched” for cargo and is also available for legacy air and marine EDI cargo records.
