STEP 1: Make sure your manifest or house bill/s is in accepted status.
STEP 2: In section #4 Housebill Summary, checkmark the box of the Cargo Control Number and hit the “Create CloseMessage(s)” button.
STEP 3: You will be redirected to Close Message tab and should see a message that Close Message is created successfully. You may double-check the following information before sending to customs.
STEP 4: Once checked, you may tick the box, select Message Function code as Original and hit “Send” button.
STEP 5: Kindly wait for 10-15 for the response.
