If the cargo is in Accepted Status and attached to an Accepted Trip:
STEP 1: From ACI HWY Menu > Complete Manifest. Search for your Trip and click into it.
STEP 2: Go to Section 4-Complete Manifest and Send Trip As: Modify
Go to Section 5-Cargo Summary and Send Cargo As: Delete and click Sent to Customs button.
STEP 3: Once the cargo comes back in CL status (Cancellation Accepted), you may detach it from the existing trip by selecting the cancelled cargo and clicking “Detach”.
