To file cargo information under the Advance Filing Rules on Maritime Container Cargo Information through service providers, individuals must first obtain a Reporter ID from the NACCS Center’s Reporter ID Issuance System. Instructions on how to obtain a Reporter ID are provided on the Advance Filing Rules website, where the Reporter ID can also be obtained.
