If you receive the error code A0008-0000-0000 while submitting your information, it means that the length of your message is incorrect. This issue occurs when users add an extra line in the text boxes for item descriptions, marks and numbers, and addresses. To resolve the issue, simply remove the extra line and resubmit your information.
