If the ACE trip is in Accepted status:
STEP 1: Send the complete ACE trip as a cancellation by using the Complete Manifest > Cancel menu.
STEP 2: Search for the trip you would like to cancel, select the checkbox on the far left and click the “Cancel Trip” button at the bottom of the page.
STEP 3: Wait for the trip to return in CL status, which indicates that the trip has been successfully cancelled. Please note that this also means that the whole manifest is cancelled including the shipment’s.
STEP 4: Make the necessary changes and resubmit the trip as ADD with the shipment’s.
If the trip is in Draft status:
- Simply adjust/change the trip number, save, and send the trip to customs.
