A rejection with the code 4B9 issued by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) cannot be resolved by the CBSA, and you will need to contact the CFIA’s National Import Service Center for assistance. For any other rejects that do not include the 4B9 code, you can contact the Technical Commercial Client Unit (TCCU) hotline at 1-888-957-7224, Option #1 for EDI or your service provider.
