Integrated Import Declaration 121 – Can the CBSA verify that DIF imaging processing, acceptance, and verification will happen within a 15-minute timeframe?

Currently, the 15 minute wait period for DIF submission only applies to CFIA-regulated IIDs. If the IID is received before the associated DIF images, a 15 minute wait period will begin if any of the images are missing upon receipt of the IID. If all associated images are received before the IID, processing and sharing will occur instantly. If any of the images are not received within the 15 minute window, a reject will be issued against the IID to indicate that one or more images were not captured.
