The highway carrier would provide consolidated pre-arrival electronic cargo and conveyance information to the CBSA (freight forwarder to freight forwarder, freight of all kinds). The freight forwarder would be required to provide three separate pre-arrival electronic house bill data submissions (detailed description, consignee and shipper information).
