Contact your broker and ensure they have filed the exact same Shipment Control Number as you have in your ACE Highway manifest.
Also, ensure that they filed the same port of entry for the entry number to link.
If the broker filed the shipment correctly with the same control number and port of entry, ask them to perform a bill of lading update.
