Yes, a single transaction bond (CBP Form 301) can be used as a stand-alone Importer Security Filing (ISF) bond. CBP Form 301, also known as a “Continuous Bond,” is a bond form that is used to provide a continuous guarantee for the payment of duties, taxes, and fees on imported merchandise. It can be used in place of a single transaction bond for multiple import transactions.
