ACI eHBL 255 – We have singles by truck; however, the truck bills are not consigned to the freight forwarder. They are showing the shipper and consignee direct. Do we need to transmit eHBL data?

No. If the consignee is the importer and there is no HBL there will be no eHBL and you are good to continue as you do today.
