Integrated Import Declaration 099 – What is the difference between entering the LPCO on the declaration level and on the invoice level?

If the LPCO applies to all the items in an invoice, you can enter it on the declaration level. If it is only applicable to one item among several in the invoice, declare the LPCO on the invoice level.
