Integrated Import Declaration 093 – What is the meaning of the error message “CFIA-LPCO cannot be declared as a registration – Transaction number Invalid / Incorrect Information”?

The certificate document required for a materialized LPCO was not uploaded. Please upload the certificate document under the DIF menu, and reference the DIF ID in the LPCO tab and in the declaration. Once this is done, an image URN will appear indicating that the document is attached to the declaration. Then, select an LPCO ID for the DIF and bring it up in the LPCO tab.
