If a manifest has already been accepted, but changes are required, follow the steps below to successfully change the required details.
STEP 1: If updating an existing crew member”s details, simply click “Edit”. Change the necessary details (e.g. misspelled last name) and Click “update this crew” button.
Go to Section 7 – Complete Trip and click “Save”.
STEP 2: If switching a driver or crew member altogether, click “Remove” and add the new crew information. Click “Add this crew” button.
Go to Section 7 – Complete Trip and click “Save”.
STEP 3: Click “Send Updated Trip” (If Empty Shipment).
If the Trip is with shipment/s, resubmit the manifest as “Modify”.
