RNS WACM 024 – What are the new validation rules for the Warehouse Arrival Certification Message?
  • The Sub-Location Code must be provided and related to the Port of Arrival provided on the submission.
  • The warehouse type on a Warehouse Arrival Certification Message cannot be a Customs Office Warehouse (CO).
  • A warning response will be provided when a Warehouse Arrival Certification Message is accepted but the port and/or warehouse information provided are not an exact match to the port/warehouse information on the CCN document identified in the message.
  • A warning response will be provided when a Warehouse Arrival Certification Message is accepted and after 45 days, no other trade document has been submitted referencing the CCN provided on the Warehouse Arrival Certification Message. The warning will indicate that the Warehouse Arrival Certification Message has been expired.
