ACI eHBL 180 – What type of shipments are exempt from eHBL filing?
  1. Canada FROB must be submitted using legacy ACI supplemental reports.
  2. Consolidated in-transit shipments (from overseas through Canada to the US) must be reported using eHBL or legacy ACI supplemental reports.
  3. Consolidated in-transit shipments (from the US through Canada to overseas importer) are exempt from the eHBL requirement.
