Integrated Import Declaration 037 – What does the error “166 Registration Number: Field is not found” mean?

To ensure that the B3 exchange rate is correct, it is important to add the Direct Shipment Date before the Currency code in the IID. Otherwise, if the Direct Shipment Date is missing, the B3 exchange rate will be displayed as 1. If this issue occurs, a workaround is to remove both the Direct Shipment Date and Currency information, and then re-enter the Direct Shipment Date before the Currency to ensure that the correct exchange rate is displayed.
