If the trip is in Accepted status:
STEP 1: Send the complete ACE trip as a cancellation by using the Complete Manifest > Cancel menu.
STEP 2: Search for the trip you would like to cancel, select the checkbox on the far left and click the “Cancel Trip” button at the bottom of the page.
STEP 3: Wait for the trip to return in CL status, which indicates that the trip has been successfully cancelled.
STEP 4: Once cancelled, make the necessary changes either PORT or EDA and SAVE.
STEP 5: Resubmit the manifest as ADD.
If the trip is in Draft status:
- Simply adjust/change the port or estimated date of arrival, save, and send the trip to customs.
