Used Self-propelled Vehicles (USPV) are defined as any car, truck, tractor, bus, motorcycle, motor home, self-propelled agricultural machinery, self-propelled construction equipment and anything else that runs on land but not rail. There is no distinction made between street legal or non-street legal vehicles because all USPV must now be filed in AES regardless of value or where it is going. If you are sending a car to Canada then you have to file it through AES at least 72 hours before you ship it out.
