RNS WACM 018 – Will the warehouse receive an AMPs penalty for not “arriving” the cargo with a WACM in the following scenario: when the FPOA port and the final sub-location code are in the same Customs port, and the release status is provided before the cargo is “arrived” via a WACM at the destined sub-location?

Customs requires warehouse operators to submit the WACM when unreleased shipments physically arrive at the sufferance warehouse to which they are destined. Therefore, if the CCN is released, then a WACM submission is not required. If the CCN is not released, then WACM is required.
