ACI Air eManifest is a requirement by the CBSA for air carriers, freight forwarders and shipping agents to electronically submit cargo and conveyance data before arrival.
The CBSA must receive and validate the cargo and conveyance data 4 hours prior to arrival in Canada, or at a time of departure if the flight duration is less than 4 hours.
Freight forwarders also have the option to submit Supplementary Reports (S10) as part of the ACI requirements, specifically for cargo in-transit through Canada.
