Terms & Conditions for CrimsonLogic North America Referral Program

Eligibility

1. This Referral Program is open to existing and former customers, business partners, industry contacts, and ex-employees of CrimsonLogic (“Referrer”).
2. Referred company (“Referred Customer”) referred by the Referrer must be new customer who has not previously registered with CrimsonLogic in the last 6 months.
3. The Referrer will not be eligible to participate in this Referral Program if the Referrer is:

• • the current employee of CrimsonLogic and its group of companies; or
  • an existing customer of CrimsonLogic and its group of companies attempting to refer themselves (e.g., by registering multiple accounts under different names);
  • an existing reseller of CrimsonLogic or any of its group companies; or
  • below the age of 18; or
  • any person or entity that is subject to trade sanctions, embargoes, or other prohibitions under applicable law.

Referral Process

1. Referrer must use the unique referral code provided by CrimsonLogic to refer new customers within the campaign period (24 April 2025 to 31 December 2025).
2. Referred Customer must sign up using the unique referral code for the referral to be valid.
3. Referrer may make multiple referrals and be entitled to multiple rewards, subject to the total number of rewards available to be disbursed.

Referral Reward

• 1. The Referrer will receive a $250 Amazon Gift Card (“reward”) for each successful referral.
  2. The Amazon Gift Card currency will be determined based on the Referrer’s registered address with CrimsonLogic (USD for USA or CAD for Canada).
  3. A referral is considered successful when the Referred Customer completes their sign-up, the first invoice is issued, and the Referred Customer is not an existing lead or potential customer already engaged with CrimsonLogic.
  4. If the Referred Customer signs up and begins with a 30-day free trial, the Referrer will receive the Amazon Gift Card only after the Referred Customer has paid their first invoice.
  5. The reward will be credited to Referrer within 7 business days after the Referred Customer meets the eligibility criteria.
  6. Referrer will be notified via email once the reward has been processed.
  7. The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other item.
  8. The reward structure and the value of rewards may be subject to change at CrimsonLogic’s discretion.
  9. The total number of rewards to be disbursed is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Referred Customer Benefits

1. The Referred Customer will receive a 25% discount on the base subscription fee for the first 3 months of their selected pricing plan. This discount does not apply to any additional usage charges or add-on services.
2. The benefits are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for other item.

Misuse of the Referral Program

1. Referrals must be made in good faith for the purpose of establishing a long-term business relationship.
2. Any abuse or misuse of the Referral Program (e.g., self-referrals, fraudulent accounts) will result in disqualification from the Referral Program and forfeiture of any earned rewards.

Termination and Changes

1. CrimsonLogic reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice at its sole discretion.
2. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated through the website.

Liability

1. CrimsonLogic is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by Referrer or Referred Customer during the referral process.
2. CrimsonLogic will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the suspension, variation, or termination of this Referral Program.

Privacy

1. All personal information collected as part of the Referral Program will be used in accordance with CrimsonLogic’s Privacy Policy accessible at https://crimsonlogic-northamerica.com/privacy-policy/.
2. By participating in the Referral Program, both Referrer and Referred Customer consent to their data being processed for the purpose of the Referral Program.

Agreement to Terms

1. Participation in the Referral Program constitutes alegal agreement to these terms and conditions.
2. CrimsonLogic reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions.

General

• 1. Any changes to the program are effective immediately upon posting to CrimsonLogic’s North America website accessible at https://crimsonlogic-northamerica.com/referral-program (“Site”). The continued use of the Site by the Referrer and the Referred Customer constitutes their agreement to all such terms.
  2. Any disputes or issues arising from the Referral Program will be resolved at CrimsonLogic’s discretion.
  3. By participating in the Referral Program, Referrer and Referred Customer agree to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth by CrimsonLogic.
