1. Warehouses can send message to CBP to notify:
- An inbond cargo has arrived their facility.
- Local transfer of consolidated cargo.
- In-bond cargo exported from the US to another country.
2. Warehouses can receive FSN messages on air shipments from CBP. Some common message is:
- 1A – Entry processed: CBP intensive exam is required.
- 1B – CBP intensive exam complete.
- 1C – Entry processed: CBP general exam.
- 1D – inbond movement authorized by CBP.
- 1E – inbond transfer not authorized, held at port of arrival by CBP.
- 1F – local transfer authorized.
- 1G – local transfer not authorized.
- 1J – CBP permit to proceed movement not authorized.
- 1H – CBP hold at port of arrival.
- 5H – CBP entry documents processing hold.
- 1l – CBP hold removed.
- 3l – Other agency hold removed.
