A Warehouse Arrival Certification Message (WACM) is a report submitted to the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) by a warehouse operator, which certifies the arrival of goods in a warehouse under CBSA supervision. The WACM provides information about the goods, the warehouse, and the warehouse operator, and is used to help the CBSA monitor the movement and storage of goods within the warehouse.
