If the schedule for transshipment of cargo is unknown, it is acceptable to file the cargo information using the name of the ship that is intended to be loaded at the initial port. However, once the transshipment plan is determined, the filer must re-file the cargo information with the name of the ship to which the cargo will be transshipped before the filing deadline of the transshipment port.
