In the event that the warehouse is not equipped to receive the Deconsolidation Notice (Back-to-Back), there are paper options available for warehouse operators, terminal operators, and freight forwarders. After the March 4/5, 2017 CBSA systems update (D5A deployment), the printout of the Deconsolidation Notice can be obtained from the portal and presented to the warehouse without the need for validation from the CBSA.
