It depends. You are meeting your electronic reporting requirements when you handle in-bond shipments in that manner. However, if you pick up in-bond shipments within the U.S., you will not be able to use ACE eManifest for reporting. This activity would require you to use a different electronic reporting option. Additionally, ACE eManifests are unavailable to you if they were handled by another party.
