Freight forwarders or their agents must transmit supplementary data such as actual consignee(s), shipper(s) and description of goods in accordance with the same timeframes when the information is not provided on the master AWB.
STEP 1: In S10 menu, click Create.
STEP 2: Header and Schedule Section: provide information that indicates mandatory field (*). Once done, click “Save & Proceed” button.
STEP 3: Party tab, where in you have to provide the Shipper and Consignee Address. Delivered To Party and Notify Party are also available but not mandated. Once done, click “Save & Proceed” button.
STEP 4: Item Section: provide information that indicates mandatory field (*). Once done, click “Add Item Detail”.
- Make sure to hit “Save”.
