If the Master Airway Bill (MAWB) is destined for a Canadian airport and there are one or more house bills, the filing of an eHBL is required. In this case, the eHBLs destined outside of Canada should have an “In Transit” eHBL Movement Type and will be acquitted by the outbound MAWB. The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) should manually acquit the 8000 CCNs with the outbound MAWB.
