The DO NOT LOAD (DNL) notice will be sent to the primary notify party, who is the party that submitted the document against which the DNL was posted. Additionally, any related automated or secondary notify parties listed on the document will also receive the DNL. This includes the carrier listed on the NVO HBL or the NVO listed on the carrier’s MBL.
