When the AMR or AHR is submitted, the system will cross-reference the date and time with the filed information of departure from a port of loading in the “Departure Time Registration (ATD)”. If the system finds that the cargo information was not filed by the deadline, a discrepancy notification will be sent to the individual who completed the “Departure Time Registration (ATD)”.
