The certificate document required for a materialized LPCO was not uploaded. Please upload the certificate document under the DIF menu, and reference the DIF ID in the LPCO tab and in the declaration. Once this is done, an image URN will appear indicating that the document is attached to the declaration. Then, select an LPCO ID for the DIF and bring it up in the LPCO tab.
